Just wondering if anyone else saw this posted and had heard or knew of any more information regarding this?
It's in another country, America can put some pressure on China, but when it comes down to it, they can do very little to police another country. The DEA can't do shit in other countrys why would the FDA be able to, The FDA oversees legal chems for human consumption, not an RC.
Umm talk to my boy about the FDA not being able to do shit, they placed a ban..it's pretty much happened..sucks, I know, now I can only assume that within a month all sources will be sold out, and naphyrone will have it's time to shine..
With no link, I am forced to make some assumptions, you'll have to forgive me. They can place all the bans they want, lots of RC's are already criminal matters instead of not putting a "not for human consumption" sticker on it or whatever. They are all ready stopping RC's in the mail, and will continue buisiness as usual. But the FDA can't do anything at all outside the US, they can just say "pretty please don't send this stuff to us in disguised boxes"....
Why would they even stick their noses in rc chemical companies buisness overshore that effects such a small percentage of the us population when we got ginormous fucking children and adults stuffing greasy, unhealthy, nasty ass fast food down their throats on the daily. Walmart may be using it as an excuse to jack up their prices but its still bs.
Some labs in China are FDA certified so they can sell drugs and other stuff to big and small companies in the USA more easily. Those companies won't want to do business with the Chinese manufacturers can't guarantee their products are going to meet FDA standards because then they couldn't sell those drugs or chemicals in the USA. To solve the problem, the labs get FDA certification, but that means the FDA can come an inspect and stop them from operating with the certification (they agree to this in exchange for the certification). I don't see how they could actually shut down a lab, but I guess it's possible. It works something like that anyway.
Absolutely spot on. The USA FDA probably has no little or no jurisdiction in these matters in China! But did it even occur to you guys that China also has an FDA, and that is what the vendor is referring to? http://eng.sfda.gov.cn/eng/ I know this is a stereotype, but you must all be Americans, LOL. My country has an FDA too, and it's not controlled by the USA either.
I'm assuming that this crackdown is in response to the recent backlash response against mephedrone. Especially in countries like the UK where it was becoming wildly popular but the government is still, as of yet, dragging its feet on making it illegal. I'm assuming that they are trying to crack down by going to the sources of mephedrone production.
