A friend of mine who is in grade 9 at my school (friend's younger brother) was recently sent to military school by his parents. He's gotten caught by someone else's parents once, got caught for looking high twice, and got tricked into getting driving home by the police late at night once. He is a little guy, and I feel absolutely horrible that he has to attend military school! They even want to make him go there until after grade 12! Don't you guys think that's a little extreme, and can they really force him to go there? :(

In suburban towns cops will often "offer" you a ride home if you're walking the streets at night, happened to me and I was fucking 20. It's a great way for them to give you a pat down since they need to before you can get into the car. I mean you could refuse but that's pretty sketchy in a town where the cops know everyone and you go "nah, rather walking home 2 miles in the cold at midnight"

No, the cop said it was against the law for him to be out past midnight because he wasn't 16 or some bullshit. There aren't curfew laws here, but he didn't know this and didn't think he could say no. He had no weed on him at the time, but he was high and paranoid as shit once the cops showed up.

I think that this kid probaly is a rude disrespectful kid and the parents are sending him away to military school for more than just his pot smoking. and that last incident with him smoking pot was enough to finally make them wanna send him away. you gotta realize the majority of parents love their kids and im assuming that they believe that his pot smoking is worsening his attitude or whatever problems he has.

they think military school is a good idea probaly cus it will allow them to relax and get rid of a most likely rotten kid. military school will teach him how to be focused and productive and stay in physical shape. and it will keep him away from weed(unless he tries to get away with it there) and parties and perhaps straigten him out so when he comes back he will appreciate his family life more.

Fuck you for sending me to military school, instead of smoking pot I'm gonna start sellin pills. I LOVE that, it's like when George Jung goes to prison for dealing pot and comes out a coke dealer haha

"Danbury wasn't a prison, it was a crime school. I went in with a Bachelor of Marijuana, and came out with a Doctorate of Cocaine"
