Yea thats a common withdrawl pain spot. I dont have pain there when withdrawing but a lot of people do apparently. It might be because there are so many receptor sites on the spine.

If it's your lower back, I think it might be the kidney(s). I was getting pains in that exact spot last time I w/d'd. And my piss was like fuckin' dirty gold.
haha kind of funny, i am sort of in the same boat i guess.. mine hurts all the time, but not sure if its because of the line of work i do, or what.. idk.. i suppose i should have a dr check it out? but idk.. don't really want to go...maybe i'll just deal with the pain.. its not like OMG! i need to go to the ER NOW!, but its alwats a low dull pain.. and can't really stand more then 15-20mins then it starts hurting... i wake up in the morning and get out of bed, i like feel bones n shit cracking and hurts in the morning.. blah bla lol
