A Little Competition - Anyone? :D

Well I will only be doing indoors starting in a few weeks. Probably do some outdoors come late February.


So who all has plants going now? If not, when do you plan on starting? These awards would work better if we harvest at the same times obviously. I should be germinating seeds at the most, 2 weeks from now. I'm still deciding between all auto-flowers, or using bagseed and building separate veg and flowering cabinets. Either way, I plan on a perpetual harvest.

This is why I said that we have devisions for each country - obviously being from england I cant compete with someone from Jamaica nor can I plant the same time they do.

This will be sorted out soon, at the moment I'm just trying to get as many people interested in this as possible. Nearer to growing seasons we will sort out official rules what have you. Maybe even have hip forums create a separate sub-forum for us.

Right, the time is now - we need to sort this out preferable within this or the next week. Devide a section for countries and create our own journals.. great to see so much attention from somthing I believed to have no replies let alone 3 pages

i think we should all jus use one thread post all our progression n produce together keep it simple for any1 else who might fancy a look in as we will all be doin different times of year, strains n so forth it should be judged on quite a few things as my one outdoor lady will hav no comparison to maniacs 100+ yield lol so it should be on beauty size yield as many aspects as wee can think of then get a poll going n if we can get enough outsiders interested in tagging along we can get them to vote after the whole shabang is done n dusted?? jus n idea lol

 

We could have the stoners lounge as judges since that sees most traffic, Not sure if Im still in though, going away for a few months in July so not sure if Im going to be able to even grow this year. Ill know soon enough anyway

 

Although the thread is good - It will be hard for to follow each members progress and members posting more often will dilute other peoples threads.

A sub section allowing each member participating having their own thread will be much better.


Countries defiantly need to be separate as I have said many times - England cannot compete with.. Texas.

are indoor grows allowed?

 

Theres a chance I can stay in it if its indoors but it would definitely be an early flowering grow, got the perfect space, 2x4 foot entrance into the attic from my bedroom, all it would take would be to build a flat pack wardrobe in there, mylar, extension lead and a few cfls (all I can afford right now).

Its the perfect spot because the attic is already ventilated, theres no flooring in there and the space covering it is completely unnoticeable...it was my mums idea to maybe start a few ladies in there

 

Well considering this is an "OUTDOOR CANNABIS" thread - no. This is purely for outdoor cannabis growers and alike. Outdoors can in no way - compete with indoor growing.

I'm sure however you could create a separate indoor cannabis growing competition for other members.

ANYWAY - the sun is shinning bright! Still got the morning frosts tho so I'm patiently waiting - anyone started yet?

 

We have very little time - everyone still interested in doing this? Or has all the determination died out over the winter.. when this thread was created

I posted this in the outdoor section which I thought made it blatantly obvious - Just to make it clear this is for outdoor grows... There is a separate section for all you indoor growers. I will be starting some time next month if the morning frosts cease.

 

Luke, I asked Skip about this idea of yers and he said sounds interesting. We need more info though; Will this be based on pics, speed to harvest, a final date of harvest, or a separate grow journal? Since this for outdoor then we'll have to do something for indoor growers too! Let me know what ya think and we'll try set something up!>)

 

Well I have started germination now - 3 days in. If anyone else is growing - LETS F... DO THIS.
