a friend of mine gets scripts of peach xanax. she got her script and went to krogers to drop off and get filled they told her since she had a script filled within the last 30 days they couldnt do it but would hold on to the script until it was ready... this i understand... what i dont understand is the fact that she went back the next day to get the prescription paper so she could try to take it somewhere else and see if she could get it filled and kroger pharmacy told her that she could take it back but they would file a police report on her... wwwhhhhhaaaaaatttt!!!!!!!!! can they do that? i mean they dont know why she was taking it back. she could have found somewhere else cheaper for all they know. so i dont understand that part of the story and was wondering if this was true or if they just wanted her to fill them there and take her money instead of someone else?
yea they were probably just trying to bully/scare her. The script is hers so she has the right to hold on to it, nothing illegal about that.
You have every right to get your prescription back as long as you haven't received the medicine. I've done it many times because of wait times, prices, etc. I don't know what kind of police report they'd file. No criminal activity has taken place... I call BS.
Wow how stupid. It's almost like they said that just keep her from taking her business elsewhere perhaps to a cheaper and friendlier pharmacy.
I'd taking the prescription and go to anothwer pharmacy with competent people rather than morons. I mean, seriously. WTF? It's hers, she can do as she pleases with it!!!!
