Wave pools can be deceptive. Probably most of the deaths that occur at water parks occur in the wave pool. A few feet of waves in a few feet of water will submerge you. .
i live only a few miles from kings island and they have a pretty big waterpark... very very fun... if you get a pass to the park for the year it comes with a pass the waterpark... very much fun...
These things are cool. Some are called the Space Bowl. Most refer to them as the Toilet Bowl. The pool you fall into when you are 'flushed' can be quite deep, sometimes 8 feet. Yikes! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-nd5SLWjNw"]YouTube- Space Bowl - Nathi .
Many amusement parks now have a water park attached where you can either pay separate to go to just the water park or go for free with the admission to the general amusement park. From what I've heard, the company that owns Kings Island owns two other major amusement/water parks in Ohio. So, you can go to all three on the same pass. Some water parks have dry park features also, such as go carts, batting and golf cages, etc. Fun stuff. .
I havent been able to go to a water park for quite a long time. Because of all you sissies who get grossed out by clumps of hair and fat ugly people, I cannot wear shorts because of the psoriasis on my legs. Therefore no public swimming.
Things like obesity and hair are now considered too unsightly for some. I've read blogs where people say they don't even want to see guys shirtless at a water park. Strange. People's acceptance cones keep getting narrower and narrower. .
It makes me want to accentuate my psoriasis and dare someone to say something so I can deface their face. but really its just easier not to go. I think I need to assert myself as to speak for all the fat, ugly, hair shedding, realistic looking people of the world.
really? nobody is gonna ask me to post a pic of my hideous legs so they can judge for themselves or anything? weird....
Eh. I gave you rep but I'm of the opinion that if someone wanted to post pics they would. Or are you looking for encouragement? lol
No, I will not really post a pic of my own legs, but i will post this My legs look about like this, except it dosent go above my knees and here's the dude's blog about it http://nocookiesforme.blogspot.com/2008/03/my-polka-dot-problem.html
so you're telling me that you would get in a pool with that guy? You may see me at King's Island this summer.
well ok i wouldnt get in if i actually seen that guy there... but i would hope that staff or someone would kindly remove the guy for being on the lazy river... no offense but yeah... actually i would hope the guy would have enough respect not to contaminate the place
Psoriasis is non-infectious. Someone at admissions might ask the guest about it to make sure it wasn't infectious, but they likely wouldn't turn someone away for having psoriasis. Infectious skin diseases such as impetigo are the ones of concern. .
