So... Just got some dilaudid and was wondering how strong it is compared to oxycodone, which I take usually. I figure dilaudid is stronger but what is an 8 mg dilaudid compared to a thirty mg roxy
depends how your takin it. the oral BA is terrible compaired to oxy. i think its around 30%-35%. railed is around 50%-55%. i think, and im sure most people will agree, that the only way to do dillys is to IV em. obviously im not tellin ya to go that route, just givin ya the info.
