I get the munchies so damn bad I mean bad, I could eat a thanksgiving meal and after that smoke and it's like I have not eaten all day. I wish I could control what I eat, like eating a salad or some eggs or corned beef just dose not do it for me. anyone ells have this problem?
I don't like many fruits. I mean corned beef, has 10 grams of protien and no carbs. I do eat dannon light nonfat yogurt
you don't understand I am finaly sleeping good at night with no painc attacks, I don't want to be taken off my medician
Try new things and see if anything healthy satisfies your munchies. You'd be surprised. But when you know you have to change, you will. I am glad you are sleeping well and not having panic attacks, that can be very stressful on your body. If you only get the munchies while stoned, limit to only getting high a few times a day. Maybe a few hours before you go work out.
Yea, then the best thing is to just eat foods that your body uses fast. I'm sorry that you don't like fruits and veggies, you are missing out. They are packed with shit that is good for you and give you energy. When I indulge, I make an all fruit smoothie, no crap additives just 100% natural. Whatever frozen fruit I have I throw in, as well as some carrots and brocolli (you don't taste it if you only put a little in) and 100% fruit juice. I'll sometimes put some whip cream on there.
you could try chewing gum when it hits you the worst. and/or drink some water or juice. the more your stomach is full, the more you wont feel hungry. eventho the liquid will empty out faster than food, it'll help. and when you do munch out, each healthier stuff. NO processed foods! well, at least begin to reduce your intake of them. processed food is fucked up because all the nutrients have basically been taken out and it doesnt even taste like what it used to anymore. that's when they bring in chemical flavorings and genetically modified ingrediets. and then the preservatives. it's unnatural for some "food" to last as long as it does. move towards whole foods. think about what the ingredient(s) is/are in something like rice. well... it's RICE. anything else shouldnt be there. this means you're doing to have to cook/prepare your food more often, but that's a good thing. you have control over all the ingredients and freshness. when you do munch out, portion your food. don't sit there with the whole bag of tortilla chips and the whole jar of salsa. get a bowl for each and then put the bag and jar away. then try to stick to that one serving. promise yourself that you won't eat anything else for a good 15-20 minutes. let the food settle and you'll feel full. also, foods with lots of fiber make you feel fuller longer. soluable fiber, specifically, "prolongs stomach emptying time so that sugar is released and absorbed more slowly" (http://www.healthcastle.com/fiber-solubleinsoluble.shtml). oatmeal is great for this - kinda sticks with you for a while. i could talk about food all day. and i guess i actually DO talk about food all day (at work)....
I eat all the time And everything in sight. It's horrible. But I eat ALOT of healthy stuff, so it's all good to me
I don't feel that's why I am gaining weight. I need to cut out the sweets, I don't even eat that much during the day
