I personally like The 13th Floor Elevators. The electric jug sounds great. Other than that, Voodoo Child by Jimi Hendrix is my all time favorite. It's freaky and it disturbs me when I turn it up too loud but it's like the perfect sound when I'm frying.

    And STI at bury?
Which fest do you prefer? Was gonna hit up Rothbury this year, but there isn't one to hit up.

Yes, and yes, roo and bury.

I like roo for the diversity and amount of bands I've never seen before. I like the size because it makes for a lot of adventure. I like the large amount of non music activities.

I like bury for the amount of bands Ive seen before and love seeing again and again. I like the atmosphere, and the hippiesque nature of the festival and its attendees. I like the smaller size because it is more practical and organized.

Id go to rothbury this year if it existed, although /i do like over 40 bands on the bonnaroo line up. Its hard for me to choose between festivals, Ive never been to one I didn't like.

I'm seeing them for the second time in a few weeks. Solid band overall. Blank Planet was pretty damn good imo.

I like classical, progressive rock, psytrance.

I really enjoy The Beatles (however cliche that may be).

I don't know about the rest of you but out of all the songs I've listened to while I was tripping, "here comes the sun" just sticks to me so much. I think I must have peaked when that song came on, cause I just remember that experience so much better than the rest of that night.

Anyone feeling this dubstep janx? It is fucking amazing! Rusko is the king, but there are a lot of other crazy dubstep bands. Besides dubstep been listening to a lot of different techno lately. Here's a list of winners:

    1. Rusko
    2. Pretty Lights
    3. Bassnectar
    4. Excision
    5. Sts9
    6. Mt. Eden
    7. Eoto
    8. Infected Mushroom
    9. Eskimo
    10. Lotus
    11. Disco Biscuits

Then SPHONGLE! They are amazing because they understand so deeply the whole trip experience, and they defiantly incorporate that beautifully into there music. Also they are coming around here in less than a month, and I will fucking be there, and that is really awesome!
