hitchhiking uk to mongolia.. then to india?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has done this route or anything similar and could give advice/tips. planning to leave in July. planning to go to monglolia through the turkey and kazakhstan route. and was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to get over land to India via monglia.

Assuming you're coming from Europe; if you got your visas sorted out, sure you can go over land from Mongolia to India.
