Ok i have a serious question for all you vegitarians..i'm not trying to be mean either..2 of my good friends r veggies...

If u do not eat meat because u think it is wrong...why do u eat immitation meat..like i understand that it's not really meat..but my one girlfriend who is a veg...well...meat grosses her out..she can't even really look at it...but yet she will eat immitation meat..something that looks and maybe tastes similar...i just don't understand it..

could someone explain it to me...

Well us veggies need our protien and we can get that without eating actual meat. Meat sicks many vegetarians out just knowing the fact that the animal is dead.

well i was raised eating meat. my family all still eats meat. its how i know how to eat. i have 3 kids and its much easier to get them to eat a fake meat hambuger than it is to have then try some of the more "funky" types of veggie food.
i'm not picky however.. i'll eat ANYTHING meatless:D
