Chronic started out meaning the bud was laced with cocaine. Now it has evolved into, like Uncanny stated, any type of 'kind bud'.
Chronic is also an actual strain from the Serious Seeds bank.. A very high yielder and pretty potent stuff.. I think Chronic is most often used to just say Good, potent buds though.

i dont understand why people insist that they had laced weed? do you know how unprofitable it would be for a dealer to lace your weed with coke? i mean, can you even do that, youd have to dissolve the coke in water or something and then paint it on. i mean, CMON! its weed, your gonna have some wierd happenings but thats the thing about weed, no two bowls of weed will ever have the exact same effect.
its not the biggest trip in the world or anything like that...the only bud i smoke is chronic and hydro, but maybe my tolernece is just really high so i dont get as much of a buz from chrons anymore
i dont know many people that sell chronic, more times its just people that have a chronic joint, or whatever, becuase if you walk around tryin to sell bags of chronic or even have a bag of chronic, the coke will melt and be useless from the heat of it being in your pocket for extended period of time
