Beer, drugs, sex, sport and food.

My favourite experiences have easily only really been something along those lines, and I have paid money for each to some degree.

 

I thought this thread was going to be more interesting and informative and ask us what those 5 times were?

i can think of 2 experiences pretty quickly and they cost under $20

LOL, actually I am thinking of some really funny nights in my local strip joint when I was a little younger and a little more naive.

Prostitution though? Without sickening people, let's just say this- i've been to Amsterdam and bought the t-shirt. Again, young and up for a laugh

 

Good point.

Some of my best times have been out camping somewhere beautiful with friends. Hardly cost a penny.

But, others, yes have cost something.

 

Most did, food/transport cost money. But realistically, the happiest times of my life were individual moments, free as the wind. Also, oddly enough, all of them were very of important stages of my life and beginnings of new ones, not trying to be overly pretentious, but nothing drug induced/materialistically achieved has, and probably ever will compare to such strong vibes and the feel of transition, be it through achievement or simply through life.

So far, they were very personal moments.

 

I can think of several amazing experiences that didn't cost me money. my friends are giving people.

I like to think that I am, too. I feel pretty sure that I've contributed to some peoples' good times, money-wise and otherwise. generally when I'm living well, I like for everybody to live well.

Good idea for a thread, people rely too much on money for trivial things.

Non of mine cost a cent, except maybe when I bought my first turbocharged car. But other than that, none of my best moments cost anything but making my life brighter.

 

I dunno, I seem to be the only person who has spent money on good times

I mean, I am literally considering pennies, even if that good time was over one pint and a couple of quid.

I mean, realistically, some of the best times I have had have been with girlfriends just sitting around, but none of it is that memorable and each the same. The best five memorable times definitely constitute a little bit of money, some beer, music, sunshine- stuff like that.

Pray tell people, what are these free things that are so good!? People are claiming to not spend a sent but please share some experiences I do think I might be living in the most boring area on the planet or something.

I mean, sitting in parks on school days and playing cards is a great memory, but even then there was some resin knocking around.

 

That by the way struck a chord, I have had similar moments, and they are truly stellar.
