That marine was justified in shooting every injured person in the room using the 'faking he's dead' argument. I wonder why he didn't shoot the rest, especially the one under the blanket who could have been hiding a bomb or gun. It sounded like the marine was still pissed off about the incident he had the day before where he got injured. The European news outlets showed the full video, including the shooting. The American media didn't have the guts to show it all. The marine has been relieved of combat duty, another point that was mentioned in Europe but not by most of the major news networks in the U.S.

Some do admit to having never even left mommy and daddy's house. After 35 years I would imagine that an individual is at the least on the lower rungs of NCO. I don't know of one NCO that would agree with what that marine did. That is of course, unless the are being told to.
