    hey ya'll
Just a lil report on some self-experimenting-

I did 12 days of being 100% lfrv
This was my second time doing it sortuh the first time was a cpl years ago but I didnt do it 100% as I had a coffee nd yerba mate and cacao powder addiction I sported through it. Although that time it lasted about 2 months. That time after one month I felt like a super athlete and could run faster than I ever had in my entire life with very little recovery time needed.

my history is well in 2k I became a vegetarian, about two years later a vegan, then the past 3-4 years or so Ive tryed a handfull of raw fooder diets and cleanses.

So ultimately, in all my experimenting, the low fat raw vegan diet is the most powerful imho. So much more so thatd id say everything else is childs play in comparison.

The best book written on the subject is called 80-10-10 by Graham
The best support forum is 30bananasaday.

So I lived off bananas for almost a week and felt great the entire time and my face became super clear and vibrant looking after only three days of being lfrv.

Now I used to think eating too much fruit was bad. It turns out that as long as you are on a low fat raw vegan diet you can eat as much sweet fruit as you want so long as you stay active, and in point of fact undereating sweet fruits is a massive mistake to make in health pursuits.

LFRVs, one who ate 30-70banans a day for like 2 years, have shown text book blood results. Perfect levels of potassium, B12, protein, calcium, etc..

If your interested in the LFRV diet you probably already know the whole b12 thing is a corpse eater a scam, OK? Same with protein. Same with calcium. Well calcium is a cow titty juice sucker scam.

This is good promotion for low-fat raw. Keeping your diet simple also allows you to spend more time and energy on other aspects of your life, such as fitness, work, and play. Many raw foodies spend enormous amounts of time in the kitchen dehydrating or sprouting this and that.

I can also vouche for the raw food vegan lifestyle. When I started, the third day going raw I woke up at 7 a.m. (usually I can't pull myself out of bed until at least 10), and I could not believe how un-groggy I felt. My face didn't feel like it was plastered to my skull, I didn't have my usual dark bags under my eyes that I've had for all my life, and my hair (which usually gets limp about 5 hours after getting up) was incredibly voluminous all day. Plus I didn't have that god-awful morning taste in my mouth.

My point: go raw! drink real juice! it's tough at first - I'm still struggling with cravings (I was, and still am quite heavily addicted to sugar) - but it's worth it!

    (and I can't imagine eating 70 bananas in a day... that's craaazy!)

    To be LFRV
    not just raw vegan
    low fat vegan

where- u dont smother ur foods with oils- or base half ur meals on nuts-

    and u especially dont undereat

u overeat! and ur weigh balances out- but its really balanced eating, a minimum ammount of calories, so double your body weight, bring it to the thousands, I weigh about 170, so I theoretically need about 3,400 calories from fruit to thrive, but essentially we all do good at about 3k

do not undereat on sweet fruits! this is where it becomes so fucking hard for people. do not rely on seeds and nuts and avocadoes for a main calorie source, in fact take out ALL overt fats from your diet for two weeks, see how you do

and eat monomeals, consisting of one type of fruit, and eat it tell your belly sticks out, and then do some pushups

if you do not eat enough fruits you will have problems on this diet, you will struggle, you will crave the 'other' stuff

one banana is about 100 cals
30 bananas gives you 3k cals, roughly

im eating a 700cal smoothie atm, about 7 bananas in some water

those raw food gourmjet diets using not only blenders and juicers but also dehydrators and whatever else u can have where ur meals become an endless process of toil and effort and are based mostly upon fat, yes, the average raw food diet is like 70% or more fat, AND they tell you not to eat sweet fruits cause its all a scam

simplify and become whole and eat as much sweet fruits as possible and cut out the overt fats form your diet

this is the message i follow after years of trying the other crap and failing, like about all of them do
