Anyone have plans for the bank holiday?

I've got a mate coming into town from oop North.
Going to probably hang out, watch DVDs, have a barbeque.
Usual sort of bank holiday stuff.

Also using the time to get the flat looking a bit tidier.
Bit of May Day cleaning as it were.

It's May Day today (the 1st), which has something to do with the Labour force and is seen as a day off

But because it is a weekend, the day off will be monday.

RazyTree, sorry to hear about your back. Hope you are feeling bouncingly better soon!

Imaginary Being, you are welcome to come to the BBQ; but it's looking like it's going to be rained out. Typical English holiday weekend. ;)

Think this all requires some hard liquor and a bit of green. :sifone:

Hahahaha turns out the acid night was this time last year so was just a bit late on that one. Tir na gcasta still had a party for May day on Saturday though, good music and loads of people in the middle of the street going on all night, the police tried to shut it down a few times but there was too many people for them to do anything about it :D

The gig was great too, nearly broke my arm and back but its all good. Friend of mine got her top ripped nearly in half by another friend of ours during the gig  She got smacked around a bit too but so did everyone, shes more like a guy than most guys I know too so no problems there

I slept in the park last night though so feeling a bit rough today...just going to take it easy for the rest of the day Id say
