Hey, there. Lets not bring N'Sync into this. To not be talented, they practically dominated my childhood (only bested by the Backstreet Boys). I still sing along when their songs come on the radio.

 

I believe she has plans to take over the world

 

With Kermit on her side, she just might pull it off.

We need some creativity in the corporate mainstream recording industry which essentially has been brain-dead for the past 30 years. I want to see Boy George, Lady Gaga, and David Bowie form a group, since they have similarities. We can call it the Boy-Gaga-Bowie group.

The next big hit can be 'Oh By Golly' by Boy-Gaga-Bowie.

thats exactly why shes famous.

shes different, extremely different. AND believe it or not, looking past her appearance, shes one of the few pop singers now-a-days who can actually sing (and sound good live!)

i'm in a completely different ball park music preference than gaga, but i still admit, theres a reason shes so famous. shes not like the type of people we see nowadays and question, "WHY D: ???! "

 

I think people are calling her a tranny because she does not have the cookie cutter look that most of the females in pop music have right now, courtesy of plastic surgery. She posed on the cover of Q magazine topless, in leather pants with a huge dildo down one leg of her trousers. I thought that was a wicked clever marketing fuck you to all who call her a tranny.
As far as her music goes, I think she has a good voice, but that kind of music is not my thing. I think she is ripping Madonna off. Madonna did her shock thing in the 80's, so with it being 30 years later Gaga has to step it up and act even crazier. Madonna did seem to genuinely be a freaky chick though, where I feel with Lady Gaga it is all an act.

i had no opinion of this ummmmm peformer i just happned to see some video of her meeting the queen mom. even then she could not act normal,she had some type of butterfly inked around her eyes,now this world is geared to suit just about anybody,but as the saying goes this aint cool about the way she acted around the queen mom. no i am not british in any sense of the word but act like you atleast listened to the protocol police when the talked to u

 

her music is kind of catchy and her look is interesting.

In saying that i wouldn't buy any of her music or go to her concerts though

 

If anyone here mentions 'N Sync again, I'll personally strangle them.

I think it's fair enough of a comparison, though I feel I have to give Lady Gaga much more credit.

Lady Gaga is like the Chuck Palahniuk of music. Taking original thoughts and techniques from artists all over and aggregating them into one more catchy, less substantial version.

However, just that Lady Gaga has the majority of creative control (rather than the producers) puts her way over N'Sync, and is actually rather respectable

But they are still both crappy pop =P
