Okay here is my new thread, and I just made ONE dreadlock in my hair or attempted....so, is this how it is supposed to look after done back combing? Thank you everyone for the help.

EDIT: ALSO Sorry, for the Bad Quality...my phone has messed up, and I can't take good pictures at the moment, so I had to use my Web Camera. So please don't rant about the quality...I know it's bad.

hmmm..doesnt look backcombed enough..how long did you comb it for and you should snap a pic of the comb..the teeth might be too wide apart, judging from how your hair looks

Okay you should use some rubber bands (JUST TO SECTION YOUR HAIR ) if you are doing it alone. I think it's easier to back comb that way.. IMO then take out the bands after your done back combing. Or you could try and Twist n Rip ...

think about trying natural as well, you don't have to backcomb to get dreads

You mean Neglect!!! I don't see natural and neglect as the same sorry.. I think natural could mean different things.

I mean natural. People tend to associate not washing your hair with neglect.
