It is paranoia, i think, but they say it isn;t paranoia if they're really out to get you. Maybe it's a ego trip to think that so many people would be talking about you or that so many people would care to even make those comments those actions to engineer those coincidences that all seem to come back to you, to what you may have said and done....., i actually don't know what im saying!
