I've been scuba diving quite a lot lately, and I've noticed fish are WAY more chill. Land animals run away and shit and sometimes attack you. Fish and other aquatic life on the other hand swim up, check you out, and let you swim with them like they accept you or some shit. Even the sharks I've seen (Including Great Whites) are still really humble. So I don't understand why the sea level rising will kill fuckin' everything. If that happens I'd rather go into the sea and have a shitty little raft with a shit load of air tanks
I don't know about them being more chill but they are definatly beautiful and peaceful. I don't believe in having fish as pet i think that people should GO TO THEM. I have always wanted to scuba dive.
Just like with everything else, there is a balance. For every lion, tiger and bear (oh, my! ), there is a shark, piranha and.. um.... crocodile.. yeah.. there is beauty in everything, peace in everything and blood lust in everything. Yes, aquatic life is very beautiful, and there is a very peace-like serenity, but so is watching a fawn in a meadow or an eagle soaring. I love nature.
I've done the safari, climbed the mountains and ran through the jungle and still, nothing compares to the ocean. Maybe it's the quiet. Oh and aquatic life isn't nearly as dangerous as land. I went diving with sharks today. There were about 30 the size of me and I'd hit them by accident and they'd just keep swimming around me checking me out haha. Try hitting a lion
maybe it just seems like it cuz the movements are slower? land animals are pretty much the same besides the rate of time between thought based on the environment their brain is taking from their senses. im just barkin so idk if thats right.
maybe they are slower in the head than mammals. meaning they are lower on the evolutionary ladder, and have less complex nervous systems and brains. but a shark can move pretty damn fast and tear you to pieces...if it wanted to
Fish can move really fast but they usually just don't want too. As soon as they get scared they're gone in less than a second haha. Unless you stun them with a flash light......But I don't do that
I'll take my chances with a little bastard cat scratching and gnawing on my fingers over swimming with that thing or a great white.
Sure a great white can bite your arm while thrashing for a few seconds. But a baboon can rip it off no problem. Those things scare the shit out of me. Picture the strength of an ant in a monkey :coffee:
