is that just a fake name homeless guys use or are they all actually named pete?

 

I didn't have a pseudonym. :biggrin:

 

are you homeless pete in the park? he did tell me he's 24.. did you drink a 40 for breakfast?

 

i've only known one homeless guy by name, and it wasn't pete.

this was a few years ago, and it's driving me crazy but i can't remember what the hell his name actually was. i want to say dave, but i'm not terribly confident about that. definitely not pete though.

My homeless mans name was Leif, I had him for two days before he ran away

 

it was one syllable.

i'm about 40% confident that it was dave, but 40% is really not that confident.

 

the homeless around me is named mike
i dont know his real name but ever since i can remember i've always known him as mike

oh!and his "brother" is dave...not sure if that's his real name or if they are brothers

i don't live in the same town anymore...

i knew him back in 2006-07, and even by the end of that period i wasn't seeing him very often. he used to pretty much live either in front or in back of the pizza place i was managing at the time, but by the end he would only make occasional appearances. optimistically, i hope he found something better for himself, but realistically, he's probably dead, or at least really deep into his addictions.

 

now that i think about it, i'm pretty sure his name was glen...

We had Popbottle Pete for the longest time until he died. He would ride his bike all over town in a yellow rain slicker year-round. Word on the street was that he was not actually homeless, but wealthy and eccentric.

 

THEY are all named YOU & ME.
