I am going somewhere this summer, but as of now I do not know where. I may be bicycling there. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should go? Feel like discussing a great place in Canada just because you like it? Go ahead. Have fun my friends :) Peace.

Personally I love the East coast. It has a wonderful, calm vibe about it that imo you can't find in too many other places. I've been to many of the Eastern provinces, the one I live in is considered Eastern, and I'd say that the place I enjoy the most was definately Peggy's Cove. It was small, comfortable, and very beautiful. The last time I was out East I ran out of time and didn't get to go to Cape Breton. I regret that and I will probably go there soon. The lighthouses out east are a big attraction and make for some very good pictures.

well, canmore is a quaint little mountain village near banff....full of character and transient hippies, lots of cool shops/bars people there!! and the geography of the land is incredible!!! i highly reccomend the drake as bar to visit there...

harrison hot springs is nestled up in the mountains near a gorgeous waterfall called bridal falls, harrison is also known for its various big foot sitings.....theres TONS of cool trails to hit around that area.

cultus lake has a really interesting history with underground tunnels *below the lake* which has prompted supposed ogo pogo sitings and strange mishaps....its a very large lake with a very distinct mysterious vibe to it.

clear lake, i am in love with for the sole reason that it reminds me of harrison. but it also has lots of cool little shops, boutiques and summer festivals.

My Oma lives in Kelowna and I really liked it there. Not much to do but it's beautiful and you could always head over to the winery. Peachland I think has a good German place to eat that I always thought had a cool kinda "old country" feel about it too. I've only been to Canada a couple times in my life so I don't have anything else to suggest other than that really.

If you come to Ontario, go to the Niagara region.
Beautiful scenery and quite bike friendly now. Except for the Niagara Escarpment, it is also fairly flat.

There is a pathway that is 95% off road that goes from Lake Ontario (in St Catharines) to Lake Erie (in Port Colborne). Then you can take another off road path from Port Colborne to Fort Erie. From Fort Erie you can ride along the Niagara River to Niagara Falls.
