Making STRONG extract for saliva

Hey first time poster, long time smoker.
I am wanting to make my own 20x salvia extract and regarding the naptha washes to remove impurities would a gas cartridge of butane work.
I can't find a liquid form anywhere so was wondering if gas form would work?
Any help is greatly appreciated

 

What's up. I'm the owner of www.salviaspirit.com and we sell 100's of grams of extract from 5x-100x every month. We make our own extracts, so you can say I know a think or two about making it....

NAPHTHA is used to created CRUDE salvia extracts. Lots of oils, lots of impurities make it into the extract it's self. Also, it takes 5x as along to extract the active ingredients with Naphtha. So there are a lot of downsides...

I use, and would recommend using, ACETONE (Walmart carries it) as it is the most powerful water-based solvent you can buy w/o a special license. Also, because it's water based there is no oily residue and because it's so powerful, literally 24-48 hours is all you need to leech the active ingredients.

Pour your acetone over the leaves you want to leech from. Let it soak for 24-48 hours in a dark place (use red light if you must see). Seperate the dark acetone extract from the leaves, and pour it on a batch of fresh leaves in a evaporation tray. Put a fan on it for about 12 hours and it'll be ready to smoke. Pretty simple. However, to make really high potency extracts you really need to repeat this process a few times.
