That clarified nothing. I would say it would still be the same quality of blow jobs regardless , just depends on the girl and her character. I could for sure see some ladies who like money getting paid and their libido gets going, but I could also see a more tidy home woman who doesn't care about money as much or has her man making money get in the mood by tidying up the house how she wants it.
...I was kinda talking shit. Maybe some chicks get hot by cleaning/keeping the house clean. Maybe some chicks get excited when they get their paycheck. I think it is all a personal choice. Saying someone has to be in a certain "place" because of their gender is degrading to BOTH women and men. Hmmmm maybe unemployed gentlemen eat pussy better. I mean what guy wants to come home after a 8 hour shift and go down on his woman?
I am a stay at home mom. i cook, clean, do the laundry, keep everything running smoothly. my hub goes to work, makes our money. BUT... there are situations that force families to take on these roles. i used to be a hard worker and very independent. But as a mother of an autistic son with aspergers, i decided to stay home and take care of him. In so many ways, im the hard worker, and i deserve to have someone go into the kitchen and bake me a pot pie!
how anyone can say we are born to be or do anything is ridiculous in my opinion. we are forced into our roles of society from that first breath we take. and our gender roles are constantly reinforced through-out life. i have no idea what i would be like if i hadn't had all that influence on me and neither do any of you people. as for the get in the kitchen jokes, god i am so sick of that crap. it's about as pointless as racist jokes, they do nothing but enforce negative stereotypes and are generally said by those who are insecure in themselves.
We are 'forced' into our roles of society because we evolutionary evolved that way, herego we technically are born that way. You are insane if you think a woman could hunt like a man or a man could nurture a child like a woman. Certainly there are exceptions to the rule but not only humans it's seen across mammalian species and the closer on the evolutionary ladder you get to humans the more similar their social roles become. In regards to not being assimilated into society from our birth here's what happens when you aren't https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljVd6XS-J0s"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljVd6XS-J0s ....be thankful
Evolutionary evolved eh? Women can easily hunt as well as a man, because hunting is a waiting game with a rifle. It's also a sport which is completely unnecessary to survival. Which was entirely her point, that gender roles are outmoded. She was reflecting about what modern society would be like without antiqued gender roles, not what would happen to a person raised in the wild.
Well if we want to get into the 'sport' aspect of our biological development. It's clear that in our modern societal representations of physical dominance that women don't hold a candle to men on the basketball, baseball, or football fields in the U.S. All these skills appeal to something more primitive, that's why these athletes are held in high regard in our society. I am talking about a physical feature and innate ability not some technological invention. For your second paragraph you can't separate one from the other. We are social creatures, being such we create society and hierarchies. Like I said very similar to other primates and mammals close to our evolutionary ladder. To deny this is to deny your humanity. The only reason we even have the ability to change these 'antiqued gender roles' is because they have been so damn effective for the past 200,000 years allowing us to spread all over the Earth practically.
You could have gone with the "youd be drunk enough to fuck anything" route...in fairness..that has its truths sometimes..
Yes, men are better at sports, but I fail to see how that's important to this discussion. Our closest relative is the bonobo, and a male bonobo's societal status is decided by his mothers status. Obviously we're not emulating that. We're not emulating poo flinging, except for lady gaga... You're making the point that women can't expand beyond their gender roles without endangering society, and you're using a slippery slope to barbarism (or george of the jungelism) as the end result. It's a silly argument.
WOOOOOOOOOOOO.........HOLD ON there, You're making some wild jumps in logic. I never said anything about women not being able to expand beyond their gender roles. I am simply saying gender roles do exist and in my view the do for the betterment of our species. There are exceptions to the rule obviously, and no this is not a silly argument at all, although having it continuously go on especially when words are being taken out of context or interpreted however is tiresome. The first thing about sports has everything important to do with the discussion especially if you are going to be bringing in guns which is a technological invention into the discussion. Sports is about competitiveness and physical dominance which are obviously innate traits. Males obviously exceed at this and it reflects the instinctual abilities and traits that make us good hunters, If you don't see or understand that I don't know what to tell you. A brief look on wikipedia eventhough it's not the most reliable site for info says some bonobo troops are led by alpha males but females are held in higher social status, and that males are hostile towards males outside the group, they have casual sex , so on and so forth. Doesn't sound to different from our own structure.
You post in a thread about a womans place being in the home, arguing with a person who says that gender roles are outmoded, you say that theres nothing wrong with a woman expanding her role in society, yet you praise a system which is misogynistic. I don't think I'm taking you out of context. Perhaps you see some middle ground which you aren't elaborating upon.
