=/= is not a symbol. What the fuck is Rites of Spring, and you don't explain how we are wrong and you are right in terms anyone but yourself would understand.
You, look scene or emo or whatever they're called now-a-days. The name Freakymetalchik and writing KatieHasADeathWish on your sig. doesn't help either. You did NOT just diss Furbies.
I actually remember that change .hey really didn't start to annoy me until they started stealing the goth look and becoming progressively louder/douchier I need to go start a fight with an emo kid...
Lol I don't give a fuck what you judge me to be. All my pictures on here are from when I was like 15, anyway, and I was emo then. NEver updated this thing. KatieHasADeathWish is a reference to Oliver Sykes' first band (he now sings for Bring Me The Horizon). They're kind of grindcore.
One of my favourite past times is fucking completely mangling those little eyeliner cunts in mosh pits...got thrown out for it in a bar in Liverpool last year with my friend though I fucking hate them though. Pathetic fucking wastes of space. Let this thread die so its not polluting the punk forum (which I just found now :leaving Never heard it being referred to as punk and if I ever do then its not going to be a pretty "scene"
Oli Sykes is hot as fuck. He looks emo, grincore/screamo music is what he does though. And it's off topic anyway haha/
Rites of Spring were one of the first bands to be called "emo". You NEED to listen to them if you like any kinds of underground music. The album "End on End" was a classic, seriously..
I honestly would like to know why we as a human race can't just get along when it comes to subcultural differences. The ''scene'' fad is just a fashion statement, nothing more. Emo is just a music genre, nothing more. It's just that simple. I don't like this new ''scene'' shit either, but there's absolutely no point in criticizing someone about the way they choose to dress, especially if they don't give a rat's ass what you think.
once the emo haircut fully develops into the mullet... it'll all be over (there may even be tears, but nobody will pay any attention to them anymore)
