I just took 30 mg of DXM with my daily 100 mg methadone dose and i feel a little weird, I have read a lot about DXM and how it can boost the opi high and some people have said that it can lower your tolerance, does anybody have any experience with this??
    any feedback would be awesome!!

Yea actually I do, speaking from experience DXM (dextromethophan) in relativley low doses such as 30mg-50mg either 1hr before your dose or along with your dose will potentate your high b/c of DXM's effects on the NMDA (sp?) receptors. You will require a slightly lower dose or the dose you take if the same will be stronger bit a bit (enough to notice).

If you have ever done opiates when coming off Ketamine you may have noticed that the usual 15mg-20mg hydrocodone was stronger.

Other drugs that increase opiate potency are:
    1) Tagament (OTC in the States but Prescription only in Canada...its an antacid)
    2) Grapefruit juice (some people say this helps others say they don't get anything.....certainly won't hurt you to try)
    3) Soma (carisoprodol) in small doses such as 1 or 2 pills (maybe even 1 and a half pills) along with your dose
    4) Cannabis
    5) Very little amount of alcohol like glass of wine or a beer
    6) Very small amount of benzo so that it doesn't take away from the high...something like 5mg diazepam or 0.5mg clonazepam.
    7) DXM (or Ketamine) orally in doses of 30mg-45mg, ketamine maybe a small line (15mg-25mg)
