i found this recipe on vegweb and thought i'd share it... it's very simple and kale is so good for you! just take kale and tear it into chip-size pieces, sprinkle some oil (i used olive oil- the recipe didn't specify), cider vinegar (i used red wine because i didn't have cider) and coarse salt, toss and pop in the oven for 10 or 15 minutes at 350 degrees. they turn out nice and crispy and actually similar to potato chips, but with a zillion vitamins.
heres another recipe.......mix some tahini, lime juice, liquid aminos and use this as your coating for your kale chips!!!! its seriously amazing....you can add some nutrtional yeast to your mix as well.....i usually use a dehydrator when i make them, because i love raw vegan snacks
