Hi, I'm a beginner nudist (16years old). Kind of shy

Hi everybody. My name is Brandon and I am starting to realize the joys of nudity. None of my friends/family know about it so it is kind of a secret right now. I just love the feeling of being naked as I feel very free in my body.

I try to sleep naked whenever I can and I wish to go to a nude beach sometime. The only thing that I am very worried about is getting an erection at the beach, especially in front of girls. Does anybody know how I can overcome this? I still get them by myself when I am naked alone, the arousal is just kind of embarrassing for me, and it would definitely be worse in front of other naked people. Will people get angry at a nude beach? Sorry if this is a weird question.

I feel your pain dude, I wish I could go to one too.

I don't get the panic over erections though, I would rather have an erection in public anyday over shrinkage.

I guess if your so scared of them you could either jump in the water or just lay on your front untill it goes back down.

 

My neighbour's son is the same age as you (16) and picked up nudity when his parents handballed him to me to "babysit" while they went home to Tahiti. Now this boy was initially very shy and it took time. His parents are agreeable to his choice of lifestyle and in their house has his own huge area to be nude. As my house is all-nude, nothing here to worry about. I think looking back when he was 13 he had all the usual self-conscious problems about body image etc, despite the fact he would knock girls over "on first look" with his physique. Years on, he strips the moment he comes in and we discuss his emerging interest in photography (B&W for him, colour for me) and his school subjects of environmental science and how that fits in with his interest in landscape photography. He, like you, gets aroused by whatever it is that kids find arousing. I don't care, and it only illicits a giggle from him. He doesn't look 16 (he actually looks much older than that). I've taken him to the nude beach and he had no problem there. except for a brief erection on his third visit (so it is, "roll over, rover!" until it's gone). I would not be worried if you went to a nude beach solo and he easily handles the fact that everybody else there is naked and he may get briefly "excited" — and that's normal. Everybody else was once your age, too, remember! My chief concern is that he might be molested by somebody who would find a kid attractive, but as I said, not looking 16 but more like about 20+ it would seem to me that won't happen, but I'm not going to take risks being his "stand-in Guardian".

I would be quite alarmed if people at a nude beach got angry with you because you were naked. My first thought would be they need to take a good hard look at themselves, not you!

Sleeping naked can build confidence because generally as you lie there you are literally imitating lying on the beach. As you roll around in bed, so too, will you roll around on the sand. No difference. Live it up!

 

When I went to a nude beach first time I found I could lay on the pebbles like this: O____/\_ Very relaxing but also made it possible to squezze little boy if needed. It was a few times but soon I realised nobody really cared very much and my friend girls were ok with me beeing a little bit swollen.
It really helped going with some new friends in a mixed group of the same age. We ended up having a lot of fun and then we also slept mixed & nude without blankets at the hostel. If everybody feel safe almost anything goes with a smile.

Try jerking off before you go naked in public, either at home or out of sight of people. It is not a cert but it may help keep it less hard in public for a while!
