alcohol overdose could be a spiritual experience... every experience is spiritual in some respect. however I do understand your point and complaint, their spam is a bit obnoxious and distracting. but at the same time I think their posts, at least as individuals (posting basically the same messages repeatedly is where it crosses the line into being inconsiderate), are valid in the context of this thread - in that even internet garbage is spiritual history/artifact... who's to say what is the most potent key to spiritual realms? you see what I mean?? still I think they are being a bit rude, but don't throw out the baby with the bathwater as the saying goes...

Things are only as serious as you make them.

Sad to see you engage in name calling and labels while undermining someone else's experience.

Not to say I expected more, you just project that certain intelligence.

Who the fuck is undermining whos experience by saying 'nope' to the idea of having spiritual experiences on mushrooms or LSD?

Neo is the guy who has tripped harder on alcohol than you ever will using any psychedelic substance.
Hell, tripped harder laying in my bed at 2 A.M. on a school night than you ever will.
Honestly, if you can become upset at a thread on some message board on the internet being "ruined" by two people telling each other a wonderfuly noble story using images, then you've never tripped, and if you have tripped, it must have been the most shallow, retardedly mundane bullshit that's been told and experienced over and over and over again.
What, did you think you were a fisherman? What were your expectations for this good thread, a bunch of people jerking off over past trips that now only exist in their memory, that don't matter and didn't even matter when they happened?
You are a joke and a half.
The kid who posted right above you gets it more than you and he's only 16, just for reference. How's that for a trip?
    Go hug your mom.

Hahaha neo don't get mad at me because ive proven you wrong or embarrassed you on every single debate we have had.
Nice try appealing to a 16 year old, reel them in with your cow kites ;)
There is a humor section on this forum why don't you go use your wit and 'humor' in there and quit grasping for attention in the 'boring, mundane' psychedelics section.
Ill go hug your mom ;)

Sure, if you consider this a debate then I am thoroughly embarrassed. Generally when I stop responding to you it's because I feel we've reached a point where you've begun to only embarrass yourself.
And I'm not appealing to him, I didn't even quote him, I just found it ironic that you have this desperately insecure and obnoxious need for constant intellectual superiority, yet you seem to be the dumbest person in this thread, 16 year old children included.

(BTW, I never said anything about cow kites, that was wholly your brilliant idea.)

Whenever people engage in this kind of conversation, ultimately both parties lose.

I'm glad you rambled for an entire paragraph before coming to this conclusion which I have to assume you have finally truly accepted.

Someone on these forums was lamenting their lonely lifestyle and asking for advice on how to meet girls. They specifically stated that they were not into the bar scene IIRC.
I posted a reply stating that meeting girls at bars was not necessary, and the best way to meet someone that you will actually be interested in for their personality is to do things that you enjoy and meet people at the location that is most suitable for those activities.
I then provided some examples. I told him that if he enjoyed reading, he should go to a library or a bookstore, where it would be extremely easy to strike up a conversation with a woman who is also most likely interested in literature as well, seeing as how she is at the library. If he enjoyed fitness, then go to a gym. If he enjoyed flying kites, then go to a park.

guerillabedlam then took it upon himself to quote me, and essentially mock the last example, even though the idea of meeting someone at a place that is congruent to a common interest makes plenty of sense.
I then responded and tried to reinforce the idea I was trying to express, at which point he evidently searched the internet for a picture of the most ridiculous kite he could find (in this case, a cow kite with udder streamers) and said something along the lines of "I'm sure the ladies will come flocking when they see you with this".

Appropriately enough, the starter of that topic probably first developed his social anxiety from the harassment of bullies in his younger years.

hey! children rock, they have better trips than you can find in acid or mushrooms anyways... :p

and ultimately I do feel I agree with neodude, whether he reeled me in with his cow kites, I don't know, maybe - but while discussion of "psychedelic" experience can be fun and interesting, ultimately it is little more than gossip except where it can be applied to Now. the original question is pretty substanceless as well, in that one must extrapolate intended meaning off of it to even begin answering, and beyond that it falls into a sea of subjective ambiguity where no real progress can be made in any direction... only chatter and noise

which was the collective point of neodude and does2 to begin with, as far as I can see - through extreme example
