how can i use the build-in camera in my sony vaio?

    ?? cant see any programs that allow me to take pictures from my desk?

    webcam companion by arcsoft in all programs?

    Look at Sony's site for the specific VAIO model. There should be Drivers and Utilities or something to that extent. I'm sure they've camera software for you to download. If not, just get any generic webcam freeware. Should be tons of it.

    Make sure you've got the camera installed, first and foremost. Drivers aren't software though, you're going to need some kind of program.

    EDIT: Drivers are software, but they only tell the OS how to interface with hardware. Needed to clarify, sorry :p.

    I had a vaio and my gf took it.. Im so glad she did.. Junk!!
