I like just about everything. I'll listen to almost anything once...although country is probably on the bottom of my list. I really enjoy rock (both classic and newer), some pop rock, alternative, techno/trance/electronica, ambient, and slow jams the most though.
I like pretty much all kinds of music. Lately I've been listening a lot to indie rock, electronica and jazz. Ohh, and salsa. I think rock in general and reggae are always gonna be in the top of my list though..
Most of the time I listen to rock music from the 60s (especially psychedelic and garage rock, but also hard rock, british invasion, rock 'n roll, folk rock, surf, ...). But I also listen to IDM, ambient and other good electronica, alternative/indie rock, singer-songwriters, britpop, post-rock, ... The only genre i hate is rap/hip hop/r&b
I like Jazz and soul mainly modern Jazz like Norah Jones, Jamie Cullum and Katie Melua, but I mainly like rock and mellow stuff like Greenday, blink 182 , Oasis, Maroon 5 (if you want to call them rock) and a band I'd really reccomend to anyone is one called Athlete , their not very well known and their Brittish (from london-like me) but there my favourite band and very original I think they rock anyway listen to them!! they have only one album so far called Vehicles and animals and songs I'd reccomend are Westside, El salvador, shake those windows , you got the style , you know and Vehicles and animals!! please listen they are AMAZING!!
A lot. Classic rock, metal (NOT hair metal), fusion, latin jazz, swing/big band jazz, dixieland, alternative rock, grundge, pop rock, free jazz, folk, rap (early '90's rap, like NWA and Public Enemy), punk, blues, soul, reggae, funk, bebop, and more.
I like jazz, americana/alternative country, 60's psychedelic, jambands, old school punk, grunge, blues, folk, bluegrass, classic rock (some, but not all) and occasionally I'll get in the mood for ABBA, but that's about it for the disco era thingy
I listen to pure Unholy Black Metal exclusively. Well okay and most other metal, and I also like The Doors, Tori Amos, Alanis Morissette, Meat Loaf, Boudewijn de Groot, Omnia ( discordian ( celtic ) iron-age folk music ), Andrea Bocelli, darkwave, gothic electro, ethereal, warmarches, some punk, most hardrock and classic rock, much, much more.
My favorite DJs are, AK1200, Dieselboy, Dara, CRS?, SDF-1, LT-bukem, APX-1 and a little house DJ Irene. There is nothing better than ak1200 and MCnavigator at Monster Massive.
