    Hi Brad,

What kind of yoga do you do? When did you start?

    Hey Brad,

What kind of yoga are you practicing? I've recently fallen in love with yin yoga. The asanas are held for much longer than normal (3-5 minutes) and it really allows your body to access the denser tissues, ie ligaments and bones. During a hip opener yesterday I had a pretty intense emotional release, no tears or anything but I was close, and I have no idea what it was, but it felt good! It's amazing how yoga can access old stagnant energies from our past and release them and effectively evolve our consciousness. I really felt amazing last night and all today as a result.

I wish you the best on your path.

Check out my blog if you get a chance.

I just wear Walmart (Don't flame, I'm broke and this is all that's close.) exercise gear: loose fitting trousers and snug tank tops, with an underwire bra for support. I have no idea what style of Yoga I've been doing for the last six weeks, just whatever the ladies at the gym will teach.

I try to avoid Bikram myself, for ideological reasons. Apparently the creator is the Bill Gates of Yoga, suing anyone who teaches anything similar to what he does. Creepy dude. That and anything YogaWorks. They just scare me.
