some exercise testes need support.. your privates can be injured during any sport, you should know how them nuts are hanging, or tight to the body, when doing exercises.. Tight nuts and loose nuts can both get injured if you dont exercise properly..

I am not especially well-endowed -- except back when I was pregnant or nursing I barely need a B cup -- but still the bouncing can become uncomfortable when doing something like jogging on a treadmill or doing vigorous stuff like jumping jacks, etc. I generally workout in sweats or in running shorts and t-shirt but I wear a sports bra. (I have sometimes jogged on treadmill in panties and bra.) However if I am doing a non-bouncing kind of exercise I do sometimes exercise nude, especially in summer. I might put a towel on the seat of our exercise bike and pedal without wearing anything except socks and shoes and a forehead sweatband. If I have put on pounds, seeing myself naked (we have some big mirrors in the room where we keep our exercise equipment) provides motivation to work out and get back into shape. (I must also confess that my husband and I have sometimes enjoyed those mirrors and have made use of our weight bench and floor mats for some very friendly nude exercising as a couple, if you know what I mean.)
Same here. My boobs are way toooo large to be bouncing around. I have to wear two bras as it is when I run!

Sit-ups, tummy-hip rolls and back rolls are the most I do when naked. Swimming, too in summer (it's winter right now Downunder! ).
swimming and weightlifting.. I do sometime. Stairmaster.. not any more. 45 minutes on a stairmaster, without support, hurts after a while...
I'm much more comfy exercising in the nude than with clothes on-clothes just get in the way and are uncomfortable. And my boobs don't do ANY bouncing, so I don't have to worry about that at all
