I feel much better now, I really do..

 

Bump 11mg 4-aco-dmt. Low doses seem to be nice on days were i just want to go to the beach and chill with friends and smoke, and not be the 'babbling one-word sentence' guy.

Have you taken a break at all? Because i noticed after a week long spirit quest with 4-aco-dmt, I didn't notice any negative effects (actually felt better each day i came down), But 2 days after the experiment ended, i noticed my heart had some unusual stress/pressure, it seemed to flutter a random times, but in a off-beat sort of way, and had a general psychosis for about 2 days, where i basically felt cut off from the real world [though this is not uncommon of psychadelics]. Basically, I worry if negative effects are to come from your long-term use, they won't show much until after the use has stopped (or if you just keep doing this for a few months/years).
As much as i dislike seeing a fellow brother in our slim scene go this path, what your doing needs to be done if proper research is to be had. And that is exactly why you should take some time to sit down, analyze the past few weeks, your feelings, health conditions, and etc. and write it down for erowid/HF/BL! Future generations depends on us to see what these things do, and though i know how it is once you get your package, 'research' goes out the window, and its time to party; but i feel that it is important that we all learn the effects of heavy long term usage, as you are a rare breed to do so, and not many people will follow in your path.

If your gunna be a guinea pig, be a proud guinea pig!

Questions:
Has your use literally been daily?
Have you noticed any negative side effects thus far?
Will you cease your use after a certain time, or do you consider yourself addicted?
Do you redose to avoid withdraw/comedown daily?
Has it induced any psychosis or mental disturbances?

I have a few more questions, but ill have to ask them after you've been off for a few months. I care about all you guys out there, but you will make your decisions regardless, so we should learn from them what we can. Hope you stay safe bud. eace:
