I know it's not a lot of help, but it's all I can do to wish you the best of luck in finding him. Maybe he just needs time away, and he'll come back when the time is right. Either way, I'm sure that you'll see him again.
There are a lot of Americans down there in Costa Rica. Has anyone traveled down there and spoken with the US Consulate? I don't know what I can do to help but certainly wish your family the best in all of your efforts.
i am so very, very, very, sorry to hear about your missing son!:sad: please contact not just the u.s. consulate but, your u.s. congressperson, u.s. senators, the c.i.a. and interpol. these people and organzations can get the wheels moving and, can cast a wider net for networking then, just the u.s.consultate can alone. i wish both you and your son the very best!
