I was in my old house, in the kitchen and there was a ghost in there. I wanted to understand how it felt so I asked it to pick up what it felt most connected to. It picked up a plant so I asked it if it felt most connected to nature, it placed the plant in my hand so I took this as a yes. I told my mum as she walked into the kitchen, she told me "she'll be very happy about the communication you're establishing" I asked who 'she' was. My mum said my spirit guide. Suddenly the ghost became visible as this 40 something big smiley Jamaican lady who introduced herself as my spirit guide and called me 'her child' My dreams are never normally spiritual or so seemingly meaningful, could this be more than just a dream?
Interesting. Can you lucid dream/become lucid regularly? If you can then you can play around with this and see if your 'spirit guide' is a stable archetype in your dreams.

I was just suggesting Lucid Dreaming, because if you were lucid, you would be able to summon your 'Spirit Guide' at a moments thought. This would help you work out whether the 'Spirit Guide' was just something in a dream, or a stable archetype in your dreaming reality/subconscious.
thanx crowes ^_^ I'll give it a look and see if I can figure this out, I'm really intrigued to see if it was just a dream or something deeper within my subconcious
