please look into the gypsytrane threads. I'm the stupid **** that he wants to kill.

 

You can get a restraining order. If he is making threats against you, print them out and show it to the cops. It's not hard to get a TPO, and since there is evidence of him making threats it probably won't be hard to get the RO.

Does he still live near you, or see you often?

You can do something about it, even if you do have to push for it. If the cops see his threats against you they'll be more likely to take it seriously.

 

I've tried. He lives in is car. No permanent address, no papers to serve.

 

If you need shelter and a place to stay you can come live in my house, eat my food and sleep in my bed.

I know this isn't a laughing matter, but that cracked me up. You know you could just find somewhere else to stay for a while. Oh and have you tried giving the cops his license plate number? If he is living in his car, maybe that can serve as a type of address. *shrug* If someone is trying to kill you, you shouldn't stay where the person knows where to find you.

 

you know what though, you can print the threads, yes, but it doesnt prove it is who you claim it is....restraining orders are not easy to get..

can you post a link to the threads and i'll read them, if they are abusive i will report them, the more people who do this the more likly it is that he will be banned or get a caution on here

get a gun, hunt him down and strike first.
