that'll certainly be enough for your first time...

1 in 10 people have an enzyme deficiency where taking even 60 mg of DXM makes them trip the fuck out (like how 300 would in a normal person). thats why if its your first time doing DXM, take around 60, and if you feel a strong buzz then you have that deficiency.

you might think "oh I'll take my chances", but every time my friends tried DXM for the firtst time I'd make them take 60 mg, and it paid off becuase one of my friends had this deficiency and was planning on taking 300mg her first time (at school!), but I insisted on the 60mg tester dose and she got very fucked from that - if she had taken 300mg she would have been non responsive for days probably (if not dead).

please, to anyone doing DXM for your first time, TAKE A 60 MG TESTER DOSE.
