    hi there,kye kye:)...

i don`t know how old you are,but maybe they just need to adjust(did i :)use the right word??)to your changes?
i know all about it, my daugther had rasta hair, colores hair,no hair at all:eek:...and i had to adjust to it too,but then it was ok...
but i`m not a christian,so i dont know how your parents think...
my daugther is now 21 and has long hair and no colores...she turned everything around, even her clothes, from hippie, till rasta,terrorist-look,lack make-up,i`ve seen it all:D

i hope they accept you as you are!

the same thing happened to me. my mother is a hardcore Pentecostal christian and my father is conservative. It took time for my parents to realize that i was growing up and finding out who i was. and while they may not agree with what you do or how you look, they will still love you. I tried to find stuff that I had in common with my parents and built upon that. hope i was helpful.

Being a Christian and being a hippie do not conflict with each other. Last time I checked weed was all natural. However too much of anything can be bad for you.

The Rastafarian's worship "Haile Selassie" and not God. That will be a major problem for your parents. Even if Haile Selassie was born from King Solomon, it doesn't put him above God almighty. I personally don't see why anyone would worship him.
