Who saw True Blood last night?? Looks like it's going to be an exciting season!! I can't believe Bill fed on that old woman. And when Jason Stackhouse changed - he REALLY changed!! Finally - something to watch on TV!!
blah.. i thought the end of the episode was too much like twilight or something (with all the werewolves). though it is always entertaining.. entertaining mindmush haha
Really?? I was impressed. Plus - It is considerably more adult oriented than Twilight. Jason cracked me up!!
It's a real gay ass show.... but for some reason I still watch it... when no one is around... in the dark... on drugs.
The show is based off a book series. (The Southern Vampire Mysteries) I believe this series started in 2000. TruBlood was announced in 2005, and Twilight came out later that year.
i know all of this.. but the fact remains that the first two twilight movies hit theaters before this season of true blood and thus i think they are being mildly influenced by them in order to grab a larger demographic.. this is gay imo. also, i've watched them during a few psychedelic times and found it very entertaining and wondered if they use all of the vibrant colors they do just for those people that like to trip.
Well, that's a bit presumptuous. The third book brings out the werewolves. Eventually, you will even get to see faeries and werepanthers, if the show lasts that long. Or maybe faeries have already been in it, I only watch it sometimes =P
I've heard some good things from people who I deem worthy of making such assessments of these things but the only episode that I caught was pretty damn boring, although there was some secks!
It's pretty damn boring a lot of the time, if you don't "connect" with the characters (I only like one or two, so yeah) But the first season was loaded with humor, and the second one was in random episodes, so uh, if there's nothing on, and you feel like it, give it a try, but don't watch it otherwise =P
My mommy wont let me watch it But I can't complain, because she took me to Judd Apatow movies when I was like 12.
Your mom really shouldn't let you watch it. That might sound weird coming from a 21 year old that's anti-censorship, but it is what it is. =P
I really enjoyed the first two seasons. I started watching this season as well. But after 2-3 episodes it started seeming repetitious and uninspired to me, so I've pretty much stopped watching.
