aaahh....I love salt and vingar chips. There's a restaurant near me that cuts potatos fresh for it's fries. Can't beat them.
I used to work at a place that did that. Take a potato, shove it through the slicer and straight to the deep fryer. penn station does that too.
I've never been to penn station, but I might have to try that. If you're ever in Seattle try Dick's Drive-in.

French fries are in fact the best food ever. Even at chinese buffets I load up my plate with french fries.
And the sad thing is french fries aren't french, they're from Belgium, frenced just refers to how they're cut
I did end up having these as a late lunch today. They were smothered in malt vinegar and salt and were tasty and greasy and hot..........and lordy it makes you want to have them again.
