NY cigarette prices jump once more

this'll hit us July 1st. making it something like $11+ a pack in the city. taxes go up, parks close, they try to take free metro cards from students...fuck

its not under the veil of health anymore its just straight budget issues. same reason the parks wont be open. same reason the students almost didnt get free metro cards. same reason every one needs new plates on all there cars.

no one can keep their money straight. a buddy of mine owes me 50 bucks a state i live in owes afew billion and a country i live in owes a few trillion. and so the world turns. taxes fix all budgeting issues dnt u no...so about that $50...who do I tax?

You can get cartons for $55 two hours south of you in Philly. They're $45 four hours south in Northern VA. It is illegal to bring more than a carton over the state line, but I won't tell if you don't.

 

they average between 4.50 and 5 a pack here (tennessee)
