To Mr. Writer I was reading your dmt trip report and something that may help you maximize smoking out of a dick pipe is to wiggle it back and forth when you light it. I know the pun is corny but I'm serious. Wiggle it slowly just enough so the flame never gets focused in one spot. it should burn slower that way and not turn into a puddle so quickly. Just a tip

 

Some would use, successfully I believe, any old pipe with several screens, a layer of herb, then spice, then herb, like dry mint or parsely (inactive) or various herbs or vines, like caapi leaf or maybe vine shredded on top to make changa. Slooowwww easy toking, deep, again, again ...

 

found out a gas station near by has those roses with the glass pipe that'll be perfect for dmt

 

yes, twisting the pipe back in forth keeps the material away from the direct butane flame which is hotter than it needs to be for this purpose.

the temperature a butane lighter burns at is easily hot enough to destroy a lot of the good stuff, try using something that doesn't burn quite as hot [candles work great, but are pretty dangerous if you're alone]
