Islamic fundamentalists are determined to govern according to their vision just as Christian fundamentalists are determined to shape the law of America. Though each is a minority they are both very serious about getting their way. The American fundamentalists are just less violent as they are accustomed to a far more civilized environment.
imo, "terrorists" dont exist. we're fighting no one. America is just raping other countries. once the the corporoatacracy and the "political experts" are together, and the people follow, how can you not expect absolute disappointment. and thats understating. america has been secure for a long time. actually the only time it hasnt been is when the native indians were killed off. imo. people should be thinking about the world and not just america. and the world is not secure. makes me sick honestly. once again its just me though
I was going to post that one... To be serious, I do think it is too ambiguous for you to say what you said. But yeah, we've done this debate no need to go over it again.
We got on that debate because of an off-hand remark that I made. While I believe everything I stated, Bush II was a dupe and did not control his own administration, rather, they used his religion to lead him to the decisions they needed for their own agenda. That would be laid out here: http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?p=6414159#post6414159 .
I read your thread. I'm still supposed to come to the conclusion the intention was a crusade and armageddon? Ok, imperialism... Another existential theory not born out in reality, imho. We do have to take into consideration what occurs in reality. It's interesting to disect words years later...don't get me wrong.
How does one not vote for a corrupt leader if his only options are corrupt candidates? The war in the middle east was waged against the will of the people and continues to be waged against our will. Our rights are being stripped away and the government operates as if it were a separate entity with its own desires and ambitions. I am not proposing anything, just an observation and a reminder.
Many honest people run, we just don't vote for them. No it isn't, George Bush started the wars, and we elected him again afterward. Yet we keep voting for the same people. We have exactly what we voted for. Nothing more and nothing less> .
