Why don't you just put on a dress and makeup you weeny boy.

I was reading some weekend supplement that they add to the paper and it had a story of a growing trend of married couples where the little boy makes less than the woman.

Usually I am in Central America and could care less about reading a newspaper.

But I am on vacation in the States and got a little bored becase I do not have employees to terrorize.

Anyway, wake the hell up little boys and start bringing home the bacon before you start growing tits.

Real men provide everything for the woman.

No wounder America is going to hell.

BTW: This is words on a computer screen. If you are offended by them it is your choice. Why would you care what some stranger says on an Internet forum?
    :D

Women kind of fucked themselves over in wanting to be a worker. Honestly id rather be at home taking care of a house and children than do the routine outside. Now that those days are long gone and the competition for work is twice as much since EVERYONE fights for it... well things are fucked now globally anyways.

I don't have a four or eight year degree, nor do i have tits that are supposed to sell everything retail now days.

It's not just America going to hell, the world is so fucked up due to,

    Greed, Politics and Religion.

Exactly. Women had the dog's life. Why'd they have to go and not plan for the future back in the 60's? Isn't that what women are good at in the first place?

But no one can get a job now we have umpteen people applying for them, and a white male like myself is bottom of the list as i'm not a girl, black, or young enough to pay basically nothing.

I have worked in places where they openly admit the discrimination, to avoid being given a slap on the wrist. They purposely excluded white males from these other groups

last interview I went to the candidates were both myself and a one armed and one legged, black, lesbian who was still young enough she felt better suited to count with use of her fingers and toes- I was fucked

my god. I totally feel ya. Last place I worked, I think they discriminated the old fashioned way. I got lucky. I think they hire everyone because they are white men. Oddly enough, this place was owned by an Indian. (asian, not native american)

I make about 2/3's what my GF makes. I guess my breastlets are sprouting.

A couple things about what has been said:
    1. Women's rights was not about sending every woman into the workforce. It was about the choice to work and not face discrimination/prejudice. The male equivalent is male maternity leave. Men are fighting for the ability to take paid maternity leave to care for children. It's about having the choice to do what works best for myself and my family.

    2. More people in the workfore means more economic productivity. Each worker has buying power that they use to purchase things. Making things for purchase creates more jobs. The current economy is not due to women competing for jobs. Its about people overborrowing on speculation that the home prices would rise and banks giving bad loans based on the same speculation.

With the economy like it is, I encourage anyone to hire "contract" work.

    Wow, that does sound tough.

Silly squirrel. But in your case, I understand.

Don't blame me. It was on the front page of "USA Weekend". It is a supplement they put in the weekend newspaper.

    That sucks.
    Sexy!

Yes, but I have the resources to live almost anywhere in the world.

    Including the USA.

I just fit better in Central and South America.

Also please do not think I am joking. Yes I enjoy posting potentially inflammatory threads.

But this is who I am.

I truly am a male chauvinist pig. This is the total truth for me.

You obviously do not have a clue.

I have been offered wives. I also have plenty of gold diggers seeking me out.

I can get sex any time I want. However I do not do one night stands.

I want a relationship and I am not going to compromise my principles.

    Please stay on topic.

This had its beginnings in WWII when women entered the work force in numbers after husbands and sons went off to war. They discovered that long held assumptions about women supposedly being less able to do work to be flat out bullshit. When war ended they weren't all exactly eager to re-assume a subservient role. Similar to civil rights getting some momentum post war after non-white soldiers proved their bravery and guts on the front lines even as the military they had enlisted in practiced its own discrimination.

I think it's less the fact that women got to prove their worth in traditionally male dominated professions, it was the cultural disrespect for the gender that made what they were able to do so surprising for many- yet after having proven their worth the expectation was that when the soldier came home they'd willingly re-assume that subservient role.

Getting couples to compare incomes as a means of assessing their self worth only creates friction. Frankly, a household SHOULD be able to stay afloat on one income but the double-income-no-kids phenomenon has effected a "meet the market" economic response to effectively drive the basic cost of living through the roof. Economic apocalypse would almost be worth it if that could be corrected... then it can be up to each individual household who assumes the role of bread winner and who manages the household.

It might help to regard running a home with the respect normally afforded a position requiring the variety of skills to be performed properly.

Think of me what you like but that is how I see it.
