So man. this one time right we was following around the Grateful Dead - you might have heard of them.. Well, on this very day 1995-07-09 (July 9, 1995)none the least Soldier Field, excellent show btw .. We get back to the car and man we had a dead battery,, Like whoa a DEAD battery.. So this kinda sucks.. So Im looking around for some help and as incredible as it sounds, theres Jerry Garcia.. He said "whats troubling you dude, seems so down and out?" I said "whoa Jerry man awesome wow, great show" I had completely forgotten about my dead battery, and we got to talking a bit, I twisted a joint smoked Jerry up. As we were finishing I remembered I had a dead battery, and mentioned it to Jerry.. Jerry then reached into his pocket and pulled out a vial of liquid LSD and said "put a few drops in the battery and keep the rest".. , he then winked.. and said "trust me".. He said that he must get going now, and we parted.. I returned to my car and opened the hood.. took the caps off the battery and added a few drops to it.. I took a few drops and added it to my tongue.. I got in my car and cranked it over and its been another long strange trip ever since... hope you enjoy the show.. At least you were around to be apart of those days....I was there but too young to know.... I wish I could have seen Jerry at least once but at least we have the music man..YEAAAH!!!
I dont even know what to say.... I would of done / still would do anything to meet jerry If this story is real orison, I officially hate you
its officially real that I was at soldiers field yes, did i have a dead battery,, no.. we did however get a dead battery the PGH pa show this same year, my friend left the fan on in the car.. Its part fictional guys.. come on,, battery acid.. the closest Ive ever gotten to Jerry was front of stage and behind stage where he said hello directly to us.. I have on the other hand meet bob weir in person and have his autograph, ive meet bruce hornsby, vince welnick also they were not with the Dead at the time..
