If I have some dried leaves that contain DMT, will they every loose potency or can I still make ayuasca, I found some I have had for about a year, stored in ziplock bag?

Though i am not precisely sure, i suspect you will be okay with just one year's age. Of course, better storage (sealed, no air, cold, dark, etc.) perserves alkaloids structure better.

P.S.: If you choose to make a brew, please let us know how it went, including dose and a reminder about the age. Could be a very helpful piece of "unauthorized research," the best that we have, in general.

no effects for either my friend or I. So I assume one year stored at room temp in a ziplock bag is too long.
