Because they didn't grow them. If people 'get dreads' for fashion it's not surprising to me that they would change their clothing to 'match' their hair.

i've seen it... they backcomb them on monday, and on tuesday they get a red,gold, green tam at hot topic, and on wednesday they start speaking patois, on thursday they think they're so unique, on friday they rant about how now the world treats them like a pariah, on saturday they go to a Slightly Stoopid concert, and on sunday they wash their hair and their dreads fall out.

Btw that chick is probably african which would explain the "Ethiopian" headwear not everything that is red/yellow/green has to be rasta that just explains the ignorance of some people who dont know about other countries and cultures like Cameroon,Ethiopia,Congo,Ghana,Senegal,Guinea, and a few others im sure all use those colors on their flags so yea.
