OK, I have the most regular periods ever. I chart 'em and everything...23 days for the past few years...on the dot. Even if it's a couple days later, I always know because my breasts are always really sore for exactly one day prior to getting it - major tip off. This month it's been like 29 days, and I think it might have skipped. I had all my PMS symptoms about a week ago, the whole works, and still, nothing. There is not a chance in hell that I'm pregnant. My routine health-wise has not changed - same amount of food, exercise, sleep, stress (mostly...) as always. I don't get it. Do periods sometimes just randomly change like this? It's pissing me off. Totally throwing off a sense of rhythm.
OOOOOPS! How embarrassing. There was already a similar thread right below this...I'm stupid. In any event...I finally understand how tough the stress must be for a straight girl waiting for her period...I should chill out
hmmm...yeah...I mean, I thought six years might have been enough "irregular" periods are fine by me, it's just odd because mine have always been regular prior to this.
