in vancouver a 3 bedroom 1800 sq foot BUNGALOW is 1 million dollars...this one in west vancouver the highest per capita earners in canada...i guess 30 mil

this house is probably just under 30 million.

 

You get quite small houses here in comparison for £15 million. So that's not actually all that bad.

 

I would have guessed 20 mill based on location

 

At least 20 mill. The house is huge, im sure the property alone is worth more than the house itsself.

My grandparents house is worth about $170,000 but the property is almost 2million. They just been there so long, and what was built around them changed the rates.

why do you think i quoted the wrong post? 1.4 mil is RIDICULOUSLY low, as is 3 million. there's houses where i live (which isn't TOO desirable of a location) that are 1.5-3 mil, nevermind a HUGE fucking houses with a sick view of vancouver... it's definitely around 30 mil like some others have said
